Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at dane@eatfullerfood.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: USA: 8152 S Welby Park Dr, Ste A, West Jordan, UT 84088. NZ/AUS: 52 Burrell Rd, Auckland 1081.

Damages and issues
Contact Dane and he will make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If you are not happy in any way please notify Dane so that he can make it right.
